Once you submit your job application, our talent acquisition team will review it. Then, they will get in touch with you for an initial screening call. Next, if your skill set matches the job requirements, we will send you an assessment or task for you to complete.

If we like what you send us, there will be 2 - 3 rounds of functional interviews (depending on the job you are applying for).

If everything goes well, you get hired!

At SuperOps, we are strong believers in 'be yourself'. We are curious to know what superpower you bring to the table — your attitude and skillset. Skills can be acquired but attitude? That's unique to you. Are you a go-getter, team player, passionate about learning and trying out new things? Those qualities are hard to find and we precisely look for them.

The duration depends on how far you have made it in the hiring process. If we determine that you are not the right candidate for the job at a very early stage, we let you know within a week from the day you submit your job application.

The entire hiring process for a particular role will take approximately 2-3 weeks.

• Make sure your job application precisely conveys your education, work history (with dates), top three skills, has the link to your LinkedIn profile and work samples (if any). It will help us screen your application objectively.
• The task round will help us determine your skills for the job. Make sure you give your best shot at it. It will also make the first impression on your candidature.
• During the functional interviews, be candid about your experiences, learning, and skills. In engineering interviews, the technical rounds will include spontaneous coding tasks. Prepare well, be seated in a comfortable place with minimal distraction, a webcam, and good wifi connectivity.

Pro tip: Save your resume as your first and last name, not 'resume'. You don't want your resume to get lost, do you?

Yes, we offer internships for students in their final year of college and recently graduated students. We periodically hire for engineering and non-technical roles from colleges.
